Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index has continued to increase by 8.38 points to settle at 801.32 points on Thursday from Sunday’s 792.94 points, last week.
Though hotel group lost 68.69 points, the remaining commercial banks gained 9.53 points, manufacturing 2.33 points, other 2.35 points, insurance 13.12 points, finance 4.26 points and development banks 8.81 points.
Similarly, the transaction amount has also increased by 12.33 points to Rs 1.54 billion from the previous week’s Rs 1.37 billion.
Chhilime Hydropower Company has topped the chart with Rs 300.56 million in terms of highest transaction.
