A transportation worker beat a passenger to death following a minor brawl in Kavre district.
]Police identified the victim as Shyam Napit, 18, of Panauti-7. Handyman Ajay KC of a passenger bus (Ba 2 Kha 3364) thrashed Napit over a dispute while getting off the vehicle on Thursday.
Napit, who was seriously hurt in the head, succumbed to injuries at Bir Hospital on Friday morning. KC is in police custody.
